Awards for Excellence in Public Relations
The annual Awards for Excellence in Public Relations; took place at the Shelbourne Hotel last Friday. It was a hugely enjoyable event bringing the PR industry together to celebrate the most successful campaigns over the past year.
Across the last 7 days, Newsaccess monitored #PRAwards16 on Twitter to find out who the key influencers were. The top ten Twitter influencers using #PRAwards16 had a potential reach of just fewer than 500,000 and tweeted almost 160 times.

The #PRAwards16 was trending throughout the day; there were nearly 600 mentions as illustrated below. We can see the peak in activity comes between 3-4pm as the winners were being announced with a total of 177 tweets.

Young Communications Professional of the Year Award
