Press content is delivered to your desktop daily as high resolution pdf files. All articles are crystal clear and all images are uploaded in full colour. Articles include simultaneous keyword highlighting are fully searchable. National papers are scanned, OCR’d, quality checked and clipped by monitors immediately after print. Regional newspapers and magazines are typically delivered to Newsaccess within 1 to 2 days of print and we upload articles from these publications immediately.

Newsaccess digital press service includes many useful extras such as a branded press book facility, keyword highlighting, an excel report facility and a quicksearch facility allowing users to sub categorize their archive by brand, campaign, event, names etc. In essence quicksearch enables end users to store clips under separate heading within the same brief. So for example if a PR company has a profile with Newsaccess for a client who had a number of campaigns during the year, they have the ability to archive clips under separate headings for each campaign. This involves no manual work as your account manager will manage this for you at no extra cost.
